Midlothian native Lisa Katzenberger will share the story she wrote of her library memories when it used to be on Springfield Avenue! This children’s book will be available to purchase and check out from the library. Registration suggested.

Come join us on a scavenger hunt at the library as we search and find all the items that can easily be recycled. After you find them all, come to the Help Desk for a prize.

Put on your pajamas and bring your favorite stuffed animal to this storytime for some fun stories, songs and rhymes. Best for ages 0 - 10.

Toddler Time
Toddler Time

Parents & guardians can come connect with each other while toddlers play with tunnels, play huts, and toys. We’ll also sing songs, rhymes, and read books. Best for ages 1-5.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten

Midlothian Library will celebrate your child's reading journey with our "1000 Books Before Kindergarten" Challenge.

Sign up for this challenge at the library's help desk and receive a tote bag and necessary materials.
Collect prizes as your child reaches reading milestones. Attend a book-themed party in August to celebrate their progress.
