We welcome community organizations to use our meeting rooms. In order of priority, we reserve the room for:

  1. Midlothian Public Library and other library related groups.
  2. Official agencies and boards of the Village of Midlothian. 
  3. Educational, cultural, or civic groups sponsored by Midlothian residents.
  4. Non-profit organizations.
  5. Non-commercial meetings such as local businesses holding training, tutoring groups, and local homeowner's associations. 

If you wish to reserve a meeting room, print and fill out the Meeting Room Application below. Please read our Meeting Room Policy as well. Please note:

  1. Please turn in your application at least one week in advance of the date you request. The more notice you give us, the better.
  2. Library events take precedence, so please do not be surprised if your first choice date is not available to you. Having backup dates in mind is recommended.
  3. Your meeting room request will not be approved until you have had a conversation with a library manager. If you submit your application by email, a manager will call you.
